At Bud Spencer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package at any authorized courier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
